- Respond to resident and family concerns effectively
- Maintain a safe, clean setting for residents
- Report safety issues to the Client Service Supervisor
- Collaborate with agencies involved in resident care
- Engage in training to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements:
- Completion of Health Care Aide program with 500 hours
- Experience in community health services with seniors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
