Community healthcare organization seeking a Human Resources Manager to work out of their North York office with occasional travel to offices in York Region.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR and volunteer initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, program management, and process improvement. Your expertise will drive organizational growth by implementing innovative HR strategies, managing HRIS systems, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and others to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, mediating conflicts, and fostering a cooperative work environment.
- Oversee HR and Volunteer programs related to training & development, employee engagement, and performance management to support continuous growth.




- Coordinate with leadership on change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or process updates.
- Supervise HR and volunteer team members and oversee daily HR operations including payroll processing through systems like ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, and Ceridian.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR strategies, improve processes, and support decision-making with accurate reporting.
- Implement process improvements in HR and volunteer workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in supervising teams and managing complex programs.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
- Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels through strong influencing skills and HR expertise.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand broad HR issues and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Results-driven, highly organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Working Conditions This position is an in-office role. Working from home is not available.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
