Key Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on field experience in residential HVAC service, diagnostics, and repairs.
Gas Technician License: Valid Ontario TSSA G2 License (required for working independently on gas-fired furnaces, boilers, and heating ewuipments.
Trade License: 313 License (313A or 313D Residential Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Certification) is strongly preferred and considered a major asset.
Driver’s License: Clean valid driver’s license and a insurable abstract.
Core Responsibilities
Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (including high-efficiency furnaces, central air conditioners, and related components).
Provide exceptional customer service, explaining diagnoses and repair options clearly to homeowners.
Complete all required service documentation and digital work orders accurately and on time.
Ensure all work complies with local codes, TSSA regulations, and company safety standards.
Pay: $22.82-$33.00 per hour
