Role Description The Immigration Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, responsible for managing immigration files from initial consultation through to case resolution. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client eligibility, advising on appropriate immigration pathways, and preparing, reviewing, and submitting applications and supporting documentation. The role involves interpreting relevant laws and policies, tracking application progress, and communicating with government authorities and other stakeholders as needed.

Specialist will maintain accurate case records, monitor regulatory changes, and update clients regularly on timelines, requirements, and next steps. Collaboration with internal colleagues to improve processes,



ensure compliance, and deliver consistent, high-quality service is also an essential part of the position.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and the ability to analyze individual cases and client circumstances.
- Understanding of immigration policy and related regulatory frameworks, including compliance and risk considerations.
