Contexte du posteRole SummaryThe Implementation Consultant I is the entry point of the IC career ladder and the primary delivery resource for Simpro Group's SmartStart and Unmanaged customer segments. IC Is deliver structured, workshop-based onboarding focused on core product features, data setup, and foundational configuration. They operate within defined playbooks with close team-lead oversight, building the product knowledge and business acumen required to progress to IC II.Ce que vous ferezKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver SmartStart and add-on workshop sessions for Unmanaged and small Growth customersGuide customers through foundational product setup: company profile, users, service types, and basic job workflowConduct data and design sessions including forms, layouts, and report configurationLead Hypercare and Getting Started calls within the first 30 days post-go-liveMaintain customer records in Salesforce including session notes, completion status, and readiness scoresCollaborate with IC Team Lead and IC II peers on customer escalations or complexity beyond scopeActively participate in team learning, product update briefings,
