Qualifications

At Peak ABA Services, we are looking for compassionate, motivated, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.

Successful candidates will have

- An educational and/or clinical background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Behavioural Science, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience implementing ABA-based teaching strategies with children with ASD and/or developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to build positive rapport and meaningful relationships with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and remain receptive to supervision, guidance, and feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical protocols.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle during working hours, where required.
- Availability to work daytime and evening hours, with optional weekend availability.
- A valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).

Strong Assets The following qualifications and experience will be considered strong assets:
- Minimum requirement Diploma in Behavioural Science Technology/ABA.
- Autism Behavioural Science Certificate or related certification.
- Experience working in an ABA clinic, school, home, or community-based setting.
- Experience implementing individualized ABA programs and behaviour intervention plans.
- Experience collecting and recording behavioural data accurately.
- Ability to communicate client progress and concerns effectively with the BCBA/clinical supervisor.




- Experience collaborating with families and other professionals involved in the client's care.
- Experience supporting skill development in areas such as communication, social skills, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and independence.

Key Skills & Responsibilities Employees at Peak ABA Services are expected to:
- Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction and supervision of the clinical team.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, academic, adaptive, and daily living skills.
- Collect accurate and reliable data during therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate session documentation and communicate relevant client information to the supervising BCBA or clinical supervisor.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that promotes client progress and independence.
- Follow behaviour intervention plans, teaching procedures, and clinical recommendations consistently.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
- Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, supervisors, therapists, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Support and educate families regarding client goals, teaching strategies, and behaviour-support procedures, as directed by the clinical team.
- Create meaningful opportunities for learning by involving families and caregivers in intervention when appropriate.
- Maintain skilled boundaries and protect client confidentiality.
- Follow all Peak ABA Services policies, procedures, ethical standards, and clinical guidelines.

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
