Opportunity to be part of a growing Oakville brokerage team from the ground up What You’ll Do Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and centers of influence





Build and maintain strong referral partner relationships

Follow up with leads quickly, consistently, and professionally

Quote and sell personal lines and commercial lines insurance solutions

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

Cross-sell and up-sell where suitable

Work with insurance company portals, underwriting partners, and internal systems

Build, service, and grow your own book of business

Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on long-term relationships and retention What We’re Looking For Active RIBO or OTL license required

Insurance sales and service experience

Solid sales mindset with confidence in creating new business

Self-motivated, competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented

Comfortable networking and developing referral relationships

Professional communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to manage leads from multiple sources and follow up consistently

Client-focused with a strong commitment to service

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
