Metro Wallcoverings, the leading manufacturer and distributor of decorative commercial products to the Architect and Design community for over forty years, is looking for an in- office Internal Sales Support Representative for our Vancouver office.

POSITION TITLE: Internal Sales Support Representative SCOPE:

The ideal candidate will be the face of Metro Wallcoverings and will be the first point of contact with our clients. This person is responsible for assisting the sales team in driving business growth by providing administrative support, managing customer data, processing sales orders, preparing quotes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. This role is essential in ensuring that the sales team can focus on client-facing tasks while maintaining efficient internal processes.

: Offer excellent customer service while answering all emails / calls from clients

Respond to all customer complaints and find solutions as efficiently as possible

Handle order entry, ensure order accuracy, and follow up with customers to confirm product requirements and delivery schedules.

Work closely with the logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.

Track and monitor the status of orders and address any issues related to order fulfillment.





Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, customer communications and orders

Update order documents on shared company drive

Assure accounts are complete and maintained in CRM system

Support the sales team with checking stock, price checking, email pricing.

Process returns and replacements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: High School Diploma or equivalent

3 years previous Customer Service experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to challenges.

A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Ability to go the extra mile

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Annual salary range $50,000-$60,000 plus merit-based bonus package
