We are seeking a part-time Investor Relations Associate based in Hong Kong to support investor engagement, communication, and relationship-building efforts.

Role Overview This is a part-time, as-needed role with highly flexible hours. There are no guaranteed work hours, though workloads are anticipated to range from 10-20 hours per week, with potential peaks around events or fundraising activity. The position is ideal for professionals who already hold a full-time role or who are looking to gain meaningful experience and break into the highly sought-after private finance / private capital industry.This is not a role for fresh graduates.

Candidates must bring relevant professional experience.You will report directly to the Director of Investor Relations and play a front-facing role supporting investor communications, relationship management, and capital-raising activities across the firm’s Asia network.

Key Responsibilities Support investor and partner relationship building with family offices, funds, wealth managers, and other capital sources

Assist with fundraising activities and investor communication materials

Prepare and deliver clear, professional verbal and written communications in both private and public settings

Provide pitch deck support, investor reporting, CRM management, event coordination, LP communications, and research on potential investors





Represent IGC at selected Hong Kong events and networking opportunities

Help maintain local brand presence and support capital/resource development initiatives in Asia

Collaborate closely with the Director of Investor Relations on ongoing investor engagement priorities Requirements 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience required (open to strong career switchers)

MBA preferred; MBA graduates must still demonstrate the required work experience

Trilingual proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Excellent front-facing client presence and relationship skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both private meetings and public/professional settings

Genuine interest in energy infrastructure, cross-border investment, and private capital

Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and comfortable working flexibly across priorities

Background or strong interest in family offices, investment, fundraising, wealth management, capital markets, or high-level business networking is highly relevant

Must reside in and be legally able to work in Hong Kong Engagement, Compensation & Start Date Part-time / as-needed with flexible hours (anticipated 10-20 hours per week; no guaranteed minimum)

Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process
