About The Role The IT Analyst, Business Intelligence and Digital Innovation at Jump! Recruteurs reports directly to the Manager of Strategy and Organizational Performance. This role is pivotal in driving the evolution of the company's information systems and optimizing data management processes.

The incumbent will spearhead the development of advanced business intelligence capabilities, oversee digital innovation initiatives, and ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions aligned with organizational goals. They will act as a key liaison between internal teams, technology vendors, and implementation partners, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of critical systems. This position combines responsibilities in IT operations management with strategic application optimization.

The role requires a proactive approach to developing creative solutions, managing artificial intelligence projects, and maintaining data governance standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in structuring digital projects, supporting data-driven decision-making, and advancing the organization’s technological landscape to enhance operational, financial, and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

Between 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating practical knowledge of business intelligence and digital innovation.





Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational needs into sustainable technology solutions.

Solid understanding of ERP and CRM systems, including Power BI, Microsoft platforms, data integrations, and collaboration tools.

Knowledge of Microsoft solution configuration, particularly Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central; relevant certifications or training are advantageous.

Excellent analytical, organizational, documentation, communication, and knowledge transfer skills.

Proven ability to manage priorities, user access, risks, budgets, vendor relationships, and operational continuity with precision.

Effective collaboration skills with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

A strong interest in innovation, artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and project management applications.

Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Responsibilities Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation, automation, and artificial intelligence, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or decision-making, while promoting responsible and secure technology adoption.

Analyze and structure business requirements, operational processes, and team needs to define and align technology initiatives prior to implementation.

Plan, coordinate, and manage digital projects related to business systems, business intelligence, automation, artificial intelligence, system integrations, and process improvements, ensuring effective change management practices.

Oversee and continuously enhance key business platforms including Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM, Field Service, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Platform, and Procore,



ensuring seamless integration and interoperability across systems.

Design, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, data models, and performance indicators to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.

Establish and maintain the organization’s data and systems architecture, ensuring data quality, integrity, confidentiality, and traceability in accordance with governance standards.

Manage software licensing, user access, and training initiatives to maximize system utilization and security.

Support IT operations including business continuity, access management, security protocols, employee onboarding and offboarding, and IT asset management.

Contribute to strengthening cybersecurity measures and support compliance with privacy regulations such as Quebec’s Law 25, including risk management, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance through technological advancements.
