Elevate your career with Métis Nation–Saskatchewan as an IT Support Technician in Saskatoon. This permanent full time role focuses on troubleshooting, system maintenance, and providing excellent user support. As a valued member of the IT Department, you will directly report to the IT Manager.

Your responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of end-user systems. You'll also assist in helping resolve user issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction while supporting departmental IT resources. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal IT
- Install and maintain end-user workstation equipment
- Assist helpdesk support and ensure user satisfaction
- Support other departments in IT system utilization
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support
- Post-secondary education in IT or related field preferred
- Knowledge of systems, networks, software, and hardware
- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license required
