As a Solution Architect in our Skilled Services team, you own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions.

From deal close through to production, you lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure. You also bring that delivery expertise into strategic pre‑sales cycles, helping Sales win the deals you will go on to deliver. Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D;,



and customers to solve complex integration challenges Supporting strategic pre‑sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience Proven experience delivering post‑sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments Software development experience and a hands‑on technical mindset Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
