What you'll do
- Prepare initial drafts and markups for commercial agreements and investment-related NDAs.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of legal documents, including tracking key dates and managing execution.
- Coordinate with counterparties to ensure matters progress efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal legal staff to maintain high standards of service for clients.
- Develop professional legal skills with the potential to move toward Bar qualification.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in law or an equivalent qualification.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining precision.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent work ethic with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Capacity to function effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Nice to have
- Previous experience handling KYC processes or NDAs.
