Position Summary

We are looking for a Kitchen Cook and Kitchen Helper to join our team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, pastas, and salads according to our recipes. The Helper will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support kitchen operations, including dishwashing.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Cook

Prepare and cook pizzas, pastas, and salads according to our recipes and standards.

- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking station at all times.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

Kitchen Helper:
- Assist in food preparation (chopping, portioning, assembling dishes).
- Support cooks in preparing pizzas, pastas,



and salads as needed.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation procedures.
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Remove trash and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Assist with stock rotation and ingredient storage.

Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience is an asset, but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: $18.25 per hour
