Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, dependable Kitchen Team Members to join our Niagara Falls location. In this fast-paced setting, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, maintaining strict kitchen sanitation, and delivering consistent taste and quality for locals and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, season, and fry Korean-style chicken and side items following standardized recipes
- Safe handling and preparation of raw poultry and fresh ingredients
- Efficiently operate commercial kitchen equipment, including high-volume fryers and prep stations
- Uphold strict food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times
- Package and organize orders accurately for dine-in, takeout, and delivery services
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and station setup/breakdown
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to maintain fast ticket times and high service standards

Requirements

- Previous kitchen, QSR, or restaurant experience is preferred (full training provided)




- Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with raw meat and operating hot machinery
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 20–25 kg
- Flexibility to work peak tourist hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
