Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
- Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Buss tables and explicit dining areas efficiently to support the serving staff and uphold a clean environment
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper handling procedures and sanitation guidelines at all times




- Contribute to team efforts during busy service periods by supporting other kitchen staff and communicating effectively
- Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet or event catering stations as needed

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
- Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or banquet work is advantageous
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and protocols is a plus
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests professionally
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or catering services enhances your suitability for this role
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
