Duties
- - Perform various manual labor tasks as assigned
- - Complete required tasks as assigned to you by Crew Leader
- - Operate basic hand tools and equipment
- - Clean and maintain work areas
- - Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications
- - Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time
- - Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- - Robust work ethic and reliability
- - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- - Complete knowledge of hand tools and equipment is a plus
- -Construction experience is REQUIRED
- -Critical thinking is required
