Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman/woman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate a team of skilled workers, and ensure that all landscape projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate landscape installation, maintenance, and construction activities on-site
- Lead a team of workers, assigning tasks effectively to ensure timely project completion
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, planting, lawn care, and irrigation system management
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and communicate updates to management
- Assist with technical tasks such as irrigation setup, gardening practices, and horticultural care
- Maintain equipment, tools, and materials inventory to support efficient operations

Qualifications





- Proven supervising experience in landscaping or construction environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance practices
- Construction experience preferred for site preparation and installation tasks
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
- Relevant certifications in landscaping, horticulture or related fields are a plus
