Responsibilities
- Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently to process linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing.
- Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry to ensure quick and accurate delivery to various hotel departments or guest rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including washing stations, storage rooms, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with general cleaning duties around the hotel as needed to support overall cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in laundry processes.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is required.
- Ensure timely completion of laundry tasks to meet operational deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
