Rustic Roots Lawn Care is looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties through mowing, trimming, garden maintenance, and landscaping work. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Operate lawn care equipment including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance
- Assist with garden work including mulching, planting, pruning, and seasonal cleanups
- Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and trailers
- Help maintain equipment and keep tools organized and clean




- Follow safety procedures while working on residential and commercial properties
- Work with team members to complete jobs efficiently and maintain high service standards

Experience

- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting and performing manual labour throughout the day
- Robust work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license is considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
