Ciklum is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end quality engineering delivery across multiple business verticals and technology initiatives Define and drive QE strategy, governance, testing standards, and delivery processes Manage test planning, execution, reporting, and release readiness activities across teams Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting for stakeholders Lead stakeholder communication, status reviews, risk management, and issue resolution Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business, and delivery teams Ensure effective test coverage across functional, integration, regression, automation, and UAT activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes Mentor QA teams and provide leadership on testing best practices and processes Support Agile delivery models and ensure alignment with business objectives Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA leadership, or Test Management roles Proven experience managing end-to-end QA delivery across multiple teams and applications Solid experience with QE governance, reporting, metrics,



and stakeholder management Experience leading large-scale testing initiatives and delivery programs Strong understanding of functional, automation, integration, and regression testing practices Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience working with distributed teams and PST-aligned working hours Desirable:

Experience in retail and eCommerce domains Experience managing digital transformation or enterprise application testing programs Familiarity with omnichannel retail, order management, POS, and customer-facing platforms Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies Experience driving quality engineering maturity and process improvements What’s in it for you?
