Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legion Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant/Lead to support enterprise workforce transformation programs involving labor forecasting, demand planning, workforce scheduling, time management, and workforce optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to drive successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the Legion Workforce Management platform.

The role requires strong functional knowledge of workforce management processes, scheduling operations, labor forecasting, workforce analytics, and workforce transformation programs within retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or large enterprise environments.

Experience with Legion WFM and UKG Workforce Management solutions is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

Workforce Management Solution Delivery

Lead end-to-end deployment and adoption of Legion Workforce Management capabilities.

Support workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, labor budgeting, and workforce optimization initiatives.

Collaborate with business teams to gather and validate workforce management requirements.

Ensure solution alignment with business objectives, labor strategies, and operational goals.

Drive configuration discussions and review solution designs with implementation partners.

Support rollout activities across multiple business units, regions, or countries. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors.

Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, workshops, and project reviews.

Manage dependencies across HR, payroll, store operations, workforce planning, and scheduling teams.

Escalate project risks, issues, and mitigation plans proactively.

Coordinate with external vendors to ensure successful project execution and adoption





Business Process & Functional Advisory

Analyze current workforce management processes and recommend best practices.

Guide business leaders on labor forecasting, scheduling optimization, workforce productivity, and labor compliance.

Define future-state operating models and workforce planning strategies.

Support process harmonization across regions and business functions.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and local workforce regulations where applicable. Program & Project Management

Create detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.

Monitor project delivery against scope, budget, timelines, and quality targets.

Track risks, issues, actions, and project governance artifacts.

Collaborate with PMO teams to maintain project health and executive reporting.

Manage cross-functional workstreams and implementation activities.

Change

Management & Adoption

Develop business readiness and communication plans.

Support organizational change management initiatives.

Facilitate training workshops and end-user enablement programs.

Create user guides, SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge articles.

Drive user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives. AMS / Hypercare Support

Support production stabilization and post-go-live activities.

Coordinate incident, problem, enhancement, and change management activities.

Work closely with support teams to resolve business-critical issues.

Participate in release planning, testing coordination, and deployment activities.





Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.

Executive Reporting Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.

8+ years of Workforce Management domain experience.

3+ years of experience with Legion Workforce Management or similar WFM platforms.

Proven experience leading workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling programs.

Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Experience working with retail, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, or consumer business environments.

Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

Legion WFM Implementation Certification.

UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions experience.

Retail workforce management experience.

Experience supporting global multi-country deployments.

Experience in AMS, Hypercare, and Managed Services environments.
