We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and food safety standards
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management




- Follow proper food storage procedures to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
