Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our energetic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant setting. The Line Cook will work closely with the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout shifts
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service, preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment usage
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
