This role involves performing mechanical maintenance and repairs on fixed plant equipment at a gold production facility. The ideal candidate will have a Red Seal millwright designation and experience in industrial plant maintenance. What You’ll Need
- Red Seal millwright designation or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in an industrial maintenance role in an operating plant
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems of moderate complexity
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and manuals
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental protection
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Multiple journeyperson trade designations
- Previous experience on industrial plant construction, commissioning, and start-up
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Experience working in a cross-cultural setting, especially in Northwestern Ontario
