Everclean is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our Operations team. In this role, you will ensure our properties are secure, functional, and well-maintained. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to repair requests, and support preventative maintenance programs across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman duties

Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance issues and safety concerns

Repair and maintain building fixtures such as doors, locks, lighting, walls, and flooring

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, tenants, or management

Assist with preventative maintenance programs across multiple sites

Safely operate equipment such as scissor lifts (training provided if required)

Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection standards

Travel between multiple sites across the Lower Mainland as needed





Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for larger repairs

Maintain tools, equipment, and records of completed work

Other duties as required by the Site Manager/Site Lead Qualifications &

Skills Previous handyman or maintenance experience required

Plumbing experience highly preferred

Familiarity with general building systems (electrical, carpentry, repairs)

Scissor Lift and Fall Protection certifications preferred (training available for the right candidate)

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License preferred

Ability to travel and work across multiple sites in the Lower Mainland

Open availability and flexibility to meet operational needs

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills

Ability to follow safety policies and procedures (WHMIS knowledge is an asset)#ECHP
