The Manager, Specialized Services is responsible for specialized inpatient and community specialized services. The Manager promotes the vision, mission and values, and strategic direction of Northern Health including a commitment to the Primary Care Home as the foundation for team based health care.
The Manager is responsible for service delivery, quality assurance, operational planning, policies and procedures, utilization and risk management, outcome evaluation, and budget control measures. Starting salary will be approximately from $132,169 to $163,073 and will be based on education, training, experience, reporting structure and salaries of similar positions.
