Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and energetic Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of skilled trades tasks across various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results on diverse construction, restoration, and renovation projects.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as (not all required, willingness to learn, an asset) framing, concrete forming, roofing installation, deck construction, fences, interior trim work, drywall hanging and finishing and flooring installation.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, and general woodwork with precision.
- Tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry work to achieve smooth surfaces and durable structures.
- Apply caulking, painting, restoration techniques, and other finishing touches to enhance project quality.




- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling tools and equipment.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a robust understanding of multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, drywall, tile laying.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, relevant to construction tasks.
- Experience in roofing, finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, or restoration projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction sites and equipment operation.
- Prior work involving schematics interpretation or electrical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must have Valid G License and own transport
