Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products.
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance the client experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, engaging environment that encourages repeat visits.
- Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques,
and industry best practices through ongoing education.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products and accessories that meet clients’ needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Robust understanding of sanitation standards and safety procedures within the beauty industry.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations for nail technicians.
