Duties

- Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe setting for clients and staff
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally
- Educate clients on nail health, proper maintenance, and available services to foster loyalty and repeat business




- Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products, skincare items, and accessories that complement our services
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail technicians
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, trends, and sanitation protocols
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively
- Ability to perform detailed work with precision while maintaining a lively and energetic attitude
- Experience in body waxing is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated
- Demonstrated ability in upselling retail products to boost sales and enhance client satisfaction
