- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Licensed Nail Technician (required)/ Recent graduate are welcome
- Able to work independently and manage their own clients confidently
- Strong with time management and service timing
- A team player who communicates well and supports others
- Comfortable working in a structured, organized, and standards-driven environment
- Detail-oriented, clean, and professional in appearance and work ethic
- Must be able to work on the weekend

Responsibilities
- Perform nail services to La Rosa Nails Studio standards
- Provide a welcoming, high-end experience for every client
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and workstation organization




- Manage appointments efficiently and respect service timing
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
- Be willing to listen to feedback, suggestions, and instructions from the owner, manager, and senior team members.
- Communicate openly with the team when you need help, have concerns, or notice an issue.
- Support your teammates when needed, including helping with salon duties, clients, and daily operations.
