Responsibilities
- Perform various nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Sanitize and maintain all tools and equipment in accordance with industry standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell additional salon services and retail products to enhance the client's experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Valid Esthetician license or Nail Technician license（certification）.
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role for 1 or 2 years.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus
- Proficient in upselling salon services and retail products
- Basic understanding of retail sales principles
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
