Duties

- Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, ensuring high standards of nail care and hygiene.
- Perform additional beauty treatments such as body waxing to enhance client satisfaction.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Promote retail sales by recommending nail care products and additional services to boost client experience and salon revenue.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and cleaning workstations after each appointment.




- Upsell services and products effectively to maximize client benefits while supporting business growth.
- Assist in managing appointment schedules and ensure timely, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in nail care services including manicures and pedicures.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols within a salon environment.
- Solid communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs clearly.
- Ability to perform body waxing and other beauty treatments is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude that fosters client loyalty.
- Basic retail sales skills to recommend products confidently and increase revenue opportunities.
