DM Elite Talent is conducting a confidential search for a National Account Manager on behalf of an established and growing consumer goods organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven CPG sales professional to take ownership of key national retail accounts and play a significant role in driving continued growth across Canada.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5–10 years of CPG sales experience
- Direct experience managing national retail accounts
- A strong track record of growing distribution and securing new placements
- Experience with major grocery, mass, natural, or specialty retailers
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Experience with new product launches and/or innovation is an asset
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and business-planning capabilities
• A self-starter mentality who enjoys both strategy and execution
- High-visibility role with meaningful ownership and growth potential
This is not a maintenance role . The successful candidate will have the chance to identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships, expand distribution, and help bring new products to market.
