We are looking for a reliable, guest-focused Night Auditor to join our Guest Services team at the Home2 Suites by Hilton – Toronto/Brampton West. In this role, you will be the primary front desk contact during overnight hours — welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, and resolving inquiries — while also performing nightly financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy for the next day.

This is not a back-office-only position. You are a key member of our front desk team, delivering the same warm, skilled service our guests expect, with the added responsibility of balancing daily transactions and correcting account discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist with departures in a courteous, friendly manner
- Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately
- Answer switchboard and all incoming calls within 3 rings, following Hilton Brand Standards
- Reconcile daily transactions, balance cash, and correct any guest account or profile discrepancies
- Process early morning checkouts and ensure all guest communications are accurately logged and delivered




- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and tact
- Maintain guest security through effective key control and confidentiality
- Update guest accounts and process charges and payments accurately
- Stay informed about local attractions, hotel services, and events
- Demonstrate proficiency with PEP/Hotelkey (Hilton's property management system)
- Work collaboratively with all team members and assist with other duties as assigned by management
- Maintain personal appearance and hygiene in accordance with company policies

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk or night audit experience (required)
- Available to work consistent overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CPR / First Aid certification is preferred

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
