This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in health sciences and a minimum of three years in Disability Claim Management. Your proactive case management will ensure workplace safety and assist in the early return to work for injured staff members. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver established occupational health programs efficiently
- Develop and implement return-to-work plans
- Manage Non-Occupational Health and WSIB files
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team effectively
- Promote workplace safety and incident prevention Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in health sciences or related fields
- Three years' experience in Disability Claim Management
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
