We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Media Buyer with 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll own campaign execution, testing, and optimization across Facebook and Instagram while collaborating with the team on growth initiatives across other channels.

What You'll Do

- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Continuously test recent audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign structures to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign pacing and budgets to ensure KPIs and profitability targets are met.
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad concepts.
- Stay up to date on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging best practices.

What We're Looking For

- 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, direct response, and e-commerce metrics.




- Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets.
- Proven ability to test and optimize large volumes of creative assets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to make optimization decisions.
- Comfortable forecasting performance and reporting on campaign results.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Bonus

- Experience with TikTok Ads, or other paid acquisition channels.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative testing and campaign optimization.
