Shoreline Shine is looking for a reliable, detail oriented cleaner to join our team. This position will primarily focus on Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, with some regular residential cleaning and one recurring commercial clean.

This is a seasonal/part-time position, with the majority of hours available during our busy season from mow through early-mid fall.

Schedule & Availability

Most Airbnb turnover shifts take place between 11:00AM and 4:00PM, based on guest check-out and check-in times.

Applicants must be comfortable with a adaptable schedule and weekend work, particularly Saturdays, as weekends are an important part of our short-term rental schedule.

Hours will typically be spread across 1–3+ days per week, with the potential for additional hours depending on bookings and business needs.

Responsibilities

- Cleaning and fully resetting Airbnb and short-term rental properties between guest stays
- Changing bedding and towels and completing laundry as required
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Making beds and preparing rentals to be welcoming and guest-ready
- Restocking basic guest supplies when required
- Checking properties for damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns and reporting them promptly
- Completing occasional regular residential cleaning
- Completing a recurring commercial cleaning, occasionally
- Following Shoreline Shine Cleaning's procedures and cleanliness standards




- Working independently as well as alongside other team members when required
- Managing time efficiently to ensure turnovers are completed before guest check-in

What We're Looking For

- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to follow checklists and/or property specific instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment when multiple turnovers are scheduled
- Dependable and adaptable, with the ability to accommodate occasional last minute scheduling changes due to guest bookings, cancellations, or turnover needs
- Available to work weekends, primarily Saturdays
- Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
