Position Title: Warehouse Associate Department: Warehouse Position Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Position Summary: In this position, your day will consist of operating Material Handling Equipment to move around the warehouse to prepare products for shipping and/or receiving. You will be expected to follow Health & Safety and Food Safety standards and ensure the accuracy of the orders for customer service excellence.

Working in a variety of temperature zones from dry (15 degrees) to freezer (-20 degrees Celsius). Order Selector Duties

Lifting and loading food and other products onto pallets (up to 80 lbs). Accurately selecting products using a computerized inventory system. Scanning and placing labels on product and building pallet based on sequence. Preparing pallets for shipping to our customers.

Loader Duties





Communicate information with various team members on shift and at cross over. Ensure safety of trailers when in the loading dock. Preparing trailers for food distribution as per Food Safety procedures. Complete all required paperwork and documentation as per standards.

Receiver Duties

Communicate information with various team members on shift and at cross over. Ensure safety of trailers when in the loading dock. Complete all required paperwork and documentation as per standards. Inspect trailer for Food Safety standards as per procedures.

Reach Truck Operator Duties

Accurately put away products as per Food Safety Standards. Accurately replenishment of pick locations as per Food Safety standards.

Required Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months warehouse experience.

Experience operating material handling equipment.

Experience with electronic picking equipment is preferred. Ability to work in a past paced, physically demanding environment - lifting (from 10 to 80 lbs). Good communication skills (reading and writing) and strong customer service mentality.

Ability to work in multiple environments including colder climates - refrigerated and freezer areas. A good attitude, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Adherence to all Health & Safety, Food Safety and WHMIS practices.

Regular and reliable attendance.
