About this opportunity:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Admin/coordinator/Specialist to join a dynamic Payroll team supporting payroll operations across North America. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll, payroll data validation, auditing, reporting, and payroll issue resolution while ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations and company policies.

The successful candidate will work closely with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, and employees to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in gaining experience within a global payroll organization. What You’ll Do:

Process payroll transactions accurately and on time while adhering to established payroll schedules and deadlines.

Enter, validate, audit,



and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Review HR system data and payroll interfaces to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.

Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, discrepancies, and employee inquiries within established service level agreements (SLAs).

Prepare payroll reports and support payroll audits and reconciliations.

Administer Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) payroll transactions and ensure accurate processing.

Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and internal payroll teams to support payroll operations and process improvements.

Maintain payroll records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Contribute to payroll modernization initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.

Support additional payroll activities and projects as assigned. Must Have

Minimum 2 to 3 years of payroll experience supporting U.S. and/or Canadian payroll processing.

Strong knowledge of payroll practices, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience auditing and reconciling payroll data.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.





Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting both U.S. and Canadian payroll operations.

Professional certification or membership with the National Payroll Institute (NPI) and/or PayrollOrg.

Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and/or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification.

Experience supporting payroll transformation, system implementation, or process improvement initiatives.

Experience working within a large, complex, or global organization. How to Apply:
