I am an adult with a physical disability who needs help with personal care so that I can live my life independently.

This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping someone live independently in their home. This one-on-one care setting is supportive and relaxed.

I am looking for a committed staff to work some casual, part-time hours, mixed availability during the day,. A part of this position will include some training to provide backup/relief support.

Availability required for afternoons starting 2:30 PM. Morning shifts require a 6:30 AM start time, and includes a morning routine (including shower, dressing, personal hygiene).

Reliability is a priority.

Responsibilities

- Physical ability to perform various aspects of attendant support including transfers (with mechanical lift), positioning, dressing,



personal hygiene & grooming, etc.;
- Punctuality, reliability, and dependability
- Good communication skills and ability to accurately follow directions from the employer;
- English-speaking;
- Ability to work cooperatively with the employer, other members of the household and with other employees;

Salary Range: $19-$25/hour No special education or certification is required, but you must have a willingness to learn, follow directions from, and provide personal-care support for an adult male.

Training is provided on site.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
