Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Personal Trainer to work on a contract basis, delivering customized fitness programs to clients remotely. The role involves designing tailored workout plans, tracking progress, and ensuring client adherence to health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement personalized fitness plans based on client assessments and goals.
- Conduct virtual training sessions to demonstrate exercises and provide real-time feedback.
- Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust programs as needed.
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, recovery techniques, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress, and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Certification from a recognized fitness organization such as NASM, ACE, or ISSA.




- Experience designing and delivering fitness programs for diverse client needs.
- Solid communication skills to explain exercises and provide clear instructions.
- Proficiency with fitness tracking tools and platforms for progress monitoring.
- Ability to motivate and engage clients to achieve consistent results.
