Position: Production Operator Location: Candiac, Quebec Position Type: Full time, Hourly – Operations Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights, weekends as needed) About the Role We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Production Operator. In this essential role, you will play a key part in the smooth operation of production activities at our Candiac, Quebec facility. You will maintain your general work environment and ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
What You'll Do Perform general housekeeping and maintenance of the work environment.
Handle containers and bags weighing up to 25 kg.
Operate a forklift (a valid driver's license is required).
Operate and perform daily maintenance on a valve bagging machine.
Operate a one-ton bagging machine (tote).
Prepare and accurately complete production documentation.
Follow all health, safety, and food safety rules and policies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal performance.
Participate in departmental continuous improvement initiatives.

Physical stamina and the ability to:

Remain standing or seated for extended periods.
Bend, kneel, and squat as required.
Availability to work rotating shifts (days/nights, weekdays and weekends) and overtime as needed.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and mathematics.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
Respectful, proactive, and results-oriented.
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset.
Active participation in food safety and workplace safety programs.
Additional Requirements
Successful completion of pre-employment medical examinations and reference checks.
Compliance with ADM's environmental, health, and safety standards.
Availability to work overtime as needed.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
