Optimize treatment planning operations as a Process Engineer focused on Lean initiatives. Enhance workflows and drive efficiency through data analysis and automation. This role requires a Process Engineer who will support process improvement projects to enhance operations and customer experience.

You will participate in Lean initiatives like DMAIC projects and Kaizen events while analyzing current processes. Your expertise in industrial engineering will guide you in identifying automation opportunities and improving workflows. Key Responsibilities:

- Support Lean planning, execution, and maintenance of DMAIC projects
- Contribute to cross-functional projects for process flow and quality improvement
- Identify automation opportunities to improve treatment planning processes




- Design and document method improvements and standard operating procedures
- Participate in special projects, including AI and machine learning initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- OIQ registration and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Robust problem-solving and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bring your critical thinking and process improvement expertise to enhance operations and the customer experience.
