Product Development

Support the development and execution of product roadmaps.

Gather customer feedback and translate business needs into product requirements.

Create user stories, product specifications, and feature documentation.

Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Product Strategy

Assist in defining product vision and priorities.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis.





Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and product adoption.

Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Coordinate product releases and feature rollouts.

Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders.

Support successful go-to-market initiatives.

Product Analytics

Track product KPIs and user engagement metrics.

Analyze customer feedback and product usage data.

Make data-driven recommendations for product improvements.

Support A/B testing and product experimentation initiatives.

AI & Innovation

Utilize AI-powered tools to improve research, documentation, planning, and productivity.

Develop a strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and their business applications.

Contribute to AI-driven product innovation and workflow optimization.

Requirements

? Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Software Engineering

Business

Information Technology or a related discipline.

2–5 years' experience in Product Management

Software Development

Business Analysis or a related technology role.

Experience working with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.





Strong understanding of software development processes and product lifecycles.

Experience using or a robust interest in AI tools for research content drafting productivity analysis and workflow automation.

Excellent communication analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
