Data and Analytics Data Engineering Flywheel’s suite of digital commerce solutions accelerate growth across all major digital marketplaces for the world’s leading brands. We give clients access to near real-time performance measurement and improve sales, share, and profit. Perpetua is the challenger brand retail media platform within the Flywheel Commerce Network, built for the operator who cannot out-spend the category leader and has to out-execute instead.
We are looking for a Product Manager to own a core area of that platform end to end. You will work shoulder to shoulder with design, engineering, and go-to-market, and you will spend real time with the challenger brands and agencies who run their business on Perpetua. Retail media is the fastest-growing corner of digital advertising, and the ground is shifting fast.
Amazon and the other large retailers now ship their own AI agents that plan, build, and optimize campaigns natively inside their consoles. Perpetua works across all of them, and it is built on proprietary data and optimization that a single retailer cannot replicate. A newer part is the generative and agentic layer that plans, synthesizes, and explains in natural language, and increasingly connects to customers’ own agents through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Deciding where each of these creates real leverage, and where it does not, is central to this job. Own a core area of the Perpetua product end to end, from discovery through delivery, across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, and emerging retail media networks. Turn customer insight, competitive analysis, and marketplace signals into a clear problem definition and a prioritized roadmap tied to business outcomes.
Partner closely with design and engineering to move from broad conceptual ideas to shipped, well-scoped product, making the tradeoffs on sequencing, dependencies, and scope along the way. Contribute to Perpetua’s MCP strategy,
both exposing platform capabilities so that AI agents (ours and our customers’) can plan and transact against Perpetua directly, and consuming external MCP servers, including the retailers’ own. Design the experience of working alongside an increasingly autonomous system: the patterns for trust, transparency, and control that let a user set a goal, understand what the platform is doing on their behalf, and step in when they want to.
Work with sales, customer success, managed services, and marketing to launch well, position clearly, and drive adoption, not just release features. Stay close to customers through regular conversations with challenger brands and the agencies who serve them, and bring that voice back into every decision. 3+ years in product management on a software product team, with a track record of shipping complex, high-quality B2B SaaS. ~ Background in retail media, digital advertising, ecommerce, or a comparable data-and-API-intensive SaaS domain is a strong asset. ~ Comfortable with data: you can define the right metrics, read the numbers honestly, and make evidence-based calls rather than reaching for consensus. ~ Technically fluent enough to partner credibly with senior engineers. You do not need to write the code, but you understand systems, data, and APIs well enough to make good tradeoffs and earn trust. ~ Customer-obsessed and user-centric, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer insight into product strategy. ~ We have office hubs across the globe where team members can go to feel productive, inspired,
and connected to others - team members go into Hub Offices 3x a week Competitive paid time off, including annual leave plus paid public holidays Great learning and development opportunities Advantages that help you live your best life Parental leave and benefits If you’re looking to connect with teammates on a topic of inclusion and identity, chances are there’s an ERG for that.
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call. Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role.
