Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field. Proven track record of leading product development in a technology-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred. Nice to have Experience in healthtech or wellbeing-focused products. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
Skills & tools Proficiency in product management software and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
