The Specialist Project
Coordinator will support the Corporate Development Department by coordinating various strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include monitoring the ongoing implementation of the National Indigenous Strategy and ensuring smooth operational flows while cultivating relationships with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities. The incumbent will work independently under some management guidance to maintain project timelines and documentation accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of the National Indigenous Strategy
- Coordinate key Office projects like the Reconciliation Fund
- Maintain agendas and minutes for internal meetings
- Organize logistics for external meetings with Indigenous partners
- Manage documentation for reporting requirements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
- 3 to 5 years in project coordination
- Fluent in English and French
