Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee projects, coordinate teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, support customer needs, improve processes, and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage to get projects from planning through completion, ensuring deadlines, goals, and quality standards are met.

- Act as the main point of contact for customers, team members, and stakeholders regarding project updates and service needs.

- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests, improve workflows, and maintain service standards.

- Monitor project progress, track action items, and communicate updates to leadership and customers.

- Identify customer concerns and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.

- Handle escalations professionally and work toward effective resolutions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project documentation,



and performance reports.

- Schedule meetings, organize project tasks, and ensure team members are aligned with priorities.

- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Support training and guidance for team members on customer service practices and project procedures.

- Ensure projects are completed efficiently while meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

- Experience in project management, customer service, operations, or a related field.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

- Excellent organization and attention to detail.

- Experience handling customer concerns and resolving service issues.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency with project management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Pay: $20.00-$26.77 per hour
