Role Description The Project Support Coordinator is a full-time, role based in Kelowna, BC, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the coordinator supports project teams by tracking timelines and deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with scheduling and logistics. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports and status updates, coordinating communication between internal departments and external stakeholders, and following up on outstanding tasks to ensure projects remain on schedule.
The role also involves providing administrative assistance, such as organizing files, managing data in project systems,
and helping with procurement or order tracking for project-related materials.
The Project Support
Coordinator contributes to a smooth project execution process and helps maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Project Support, Project Coordination and Inside Sales to assist with planning, monitoring, executing project activities and day to day supply needs.
Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and have experience in the Electrical industry.
Candidates should posses Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and identify issues or opportunities for process improvement.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Candidates should possess Administrative skills to manage documentation, scheduling, data entry, and general office support for project teams.
Relevant experience in distribution, construction, or electrical industries is a must.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), CRM and basic project or ERP systems is preferred.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in business, project management, or a related field is beneficial.
